Sometimes, to find your true calling, you must leave the comfort of what you know and venture into the unknown. Through trial and error, I found a career that brings me joy and fulfillment.

Feeling unsatisfied with my work, I longed to veer off the path I was on and find something that was meaningful to me. Like most college students, I didn’t know exactly what career path was the right fit. I made a choice and stuck with it. I studied graphic design and worked in the print industry as a designer for 12 years. It wasn’t the most fulfilling job, and over time, I began to feel stuck there. I wanted to find a new path – a path that offered stability while also giving me a deeper purpose.

I went to culinary school to try and find a career I enjoyed, but I realized that direction wasn’t right for me either. While I still love cooking, the lifestyle of working late nights and weekends didn’t align with my goal of having a family.

It wasn’t until I started networking professionally that everything changed. I began to meet many different professionals, including a REALTOR®. Initially, he was looking for clients, but as we spoke, it became clear that he was looking for team members. The more I spoke with him, the more it clicked: This is the opportunity I was looking for!

At 34, I became a REALTOR®, and it was the best decision I ever made. It’s amazing how one decision can change nearly every aspect of your life. But those changes didn’t happen overnight. My wife, Kianna, was a huge contributor to my success. There was no guarantee when I would bring money in, but she supported me 100%, believing in me and my abilities. After 10 months of work, I made $18,000 – it was tough, but I knew I was doing the right things to build a business.

Toward the end of my first year, leading into my second, I gained momentum. I started the year by closing three transactions in one day – that was a huge milestone for me. It legitimized my dreams and added fuel to the fire. I continued to grind and figure out what worked and what didn’t, always learning from my experiences.

Over time, I began developing my own approach to real estate, one that is not based on sales but on providing value to the client. The awards and recognition are nice, but at the end of the day, my focus is on providing the best experience possible for my clients. Their satisfaction is the true measure of success. With a mission to add value to the real estate processes, it is easy to stay motivated. Every improvement I make and piece of knowledge I gain helps the people I serve.

Building my real estate business is certainly one of the things I am most proud of in life. However, as a father, my ultimate pride and joy is my son, Pierce. He adds even more depth and reason behind everything I do, which is why we dedicate 3% of all our proceeds to helping improve the living conditions of the homeless population in Philadelphia by donating to Project HOME.

Through my work in real estate, I know I am building a legacy for my family, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

When it comes to real estate, I believe in using and applying the same advice I give my clients. I own investment properties and even renovated a house in 2018, which gave me a thorough education on the workings and expenses of that process. The benefits of owning property and making smart investment decisions are an important part of everyone’s financial well-being.

At the heart of my business is a mission to positively impact lives. It’s not just about making sales or being the No. 1 team in the area. I believe that if we focus on serving our clients and putting their needs first, good things will always come. We have a lot to offer in terms of knowledge and experience, and what’s most important to us is that our clients feel like clients and not just transactions. The relationships we form are not temporary or circumstantial – we are committed to serving as your advisors for all your real estate needs.

Sincerely,
